£60k-£75k OTE

Target = 50 leads per month

This should = 15 deals per month

Looking for somebody with a decent network of Estate Agents (Listers / managers)

Search Agents would be ideal 

Most important patch to cover is East / South East London

But also need people for North, South West & South 

Ideal unit for them is easy to short let & value £700k-£2m 

Candidate with emotional intelligence, good networker, happy at events, comfortable going to lunches etc
