Salary:  Up to £35,000 basic​​​​​​​

OTE: ​​​​​​​£50,000

Our client, the West Midlands' largest independent estate agency, are seeking a proactive and driven Branch Manager to lead successful Lichfield office. With the support of a dedicated and experienced team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of this established branch throughout 2026 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

•
Lead, motivate, and inspire the branch team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional service


•
Drive new business generation across sales and valuations


•
Oversee the full sales process, ensuring high standards and compliance


•
Monitor and manage branch performance, KPIs, and profitability


•
Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and local partners


•
Conduct market appraisals and support complex valuations when needed


•
Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand market share


•
Maintain a high-performing, positive branch culture

Skills & Experience Required

•
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Manager in estate agency


•
Proven record of achieving targets and driving branch growth


•
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and mentor a team


•
Confident conducting valuations and generating new business


•
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills


•
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail


•
Ambitious, energetic, and committed to delivering results
