Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Office-Based - Bath Area

Salary: £27,000 (with structured progression to £30,000)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and personable Client Relationship Manager/Customer Care to join a growing team within a leading mortgage and protection business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about client service, looking to build a long-term career in the financial services sector.

This role offers clear progression into a Mortgage Advisor position, with salary increases tied to your professional development:


£28,500 upon successful completion of CeMAP 1



£30,000 upon full CeMAP qualification



In addition, the role offers quarterly performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:


Act as the first point of contact for new and existing clients



Book appointments for mortgage and protection advisors



Maintain and manage ongoing client relationships, ensuring a high standard of customer care



Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client queries via phone and email



Update and manage client data within the CRM system



Assist with document gathering and pre-appointment admin



Monitor advisor pipelines to support application progression



Provide follow-up support after appointments to ensure client satisfaction and completion of next steps



Identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling financial products and services



Liaise closely with advisors and compliance to ensure a smooth customer journey



What We're Looking For:


A friendly, professional, and client-focused individual with strong interpersonal skills



Excellent organisational and time-management abilities



Confidence in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment



Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role (financial services experience desirable but not essential)



Strong written and verbal communication skills



A genuine interest in progressing to a Mortgage Advisor role
