<li><b>Managing Property Transactions</b> – Handling sales, purchases, and remortgages efficiently</li>
<li><b>Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents</b> – Ensuring accuracy and compliance</li>
<li><b>Due Diligence & Risk Assessment</b> – Investigating titles, legal issues, and fraud risks</li>
<li><b>Client & Stakeholder Communication</b> – Keeping clients, solicitors, and estate agents informed</li>
<li><b>Financial Transactions</b> – Overseeing secure fund transfers</li>
<li><b>Land Registry & Compliance</b> – Submitting registrations and staying up to date with legal changes</li>
<li><b>Post-Completion Work</b> – Managing stamp duty submissions and closing files</li>

<li><b>5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing</b> – Strong technical knowledge and case-handling expertise</li>
