Sales Negotiator (Estate Agent) – West Bridgford, Nottingham
Basic Salary: £24,000 – £25,000
On Target Earnings: £35,000 plus

Our client is a respected name in the local market, known for delivering excellent customer service and achieving strong results. They’re now looking to expand their successful team with someone who shares their passion for property and people.

Key Responsibilities:

Register and build rapport with potential buyers
Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing timely feedback to vendors
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers with professionalism and efficiency
Refer clients to mortgage brokers and solicitors where appropriate
Liaise with all parties throughout the sales process to ensure smooth progression
Generate and book valuation appointments for the Valuer
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within estate agency
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A customer-focused approach and a professional manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the local property market (preferred but not essential)
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
