Hours: Mon-Fri, 1-3 Saturdays, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
• Property Sales & Lettings: Manage property portfolios, conduct viewings, negotiate sales/lettings, and secure deals.
• Valuations: Carry out accurate property valuations and provide market insights to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Market Analysis: Stay up to date with local property market trends and provide expert advice to clients.
• Marketing: Collaborate on property listings, social media campaigns, and creative marketing initiatives.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure all legal documentation and property records are accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For:
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in property sales, lettings, or a similar dynamic estate agency role.
• Energetic Personality: A true pro with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer Focused: Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for property.
• Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and engaging communicator, both written and verbal.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using property management software and social media platforms.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinker who can handle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Full UK Driving License: Essential for attending client appointments.
