Job Title: Lettings Negotiator

Salary: £22,000 (Basic)

OTE: £32,000+ (uncapped)

1 Year's Lettings Negotiation experience required.

Job Description:

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for property? We're seeking a talented Lettings Negotiator to join a multil-branch, market leading estate ageny in Evesham, to provide outstanding customer service, meet sales targets, and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct off-site appointments and viewings
• Handle inquiries, register applicants, and manage mailing lists.
• Oversee the application process, including referencing.
• Organize and confirm viewings, valuations, and check-ins.
• Liaise with various departments and team members.
• Promote insurance to landlords and tenants.

KPIs:

• Applicants registered.
• Viewings booked.
• Completed applications.
• Valuation appointments.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in telephone communication.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of the rental market.
• Ability to build relationships and demonstrate respect for others.

Extra details:

• 09:00 – 5.30pm – Monday to Friday
• Saturday Rota 1:4 (paid)
• 22 days plus 8 Bank Holidays (rising to 27 after qualifying period)
