Job Title: Lettings Operations Manager

Location: Sutton Coldfield

Salary: £35,000 basic (depending on experience) |

OTE: £65,000 OTE

 

We are representing a highly reputable, multi-branch estate agency that is now looking for a Lettings Operations Manager to take full control of the lettings division across all of their branches.

 

This is a senior role where you will report directly to the Director and play a key part in driving performance, growth, and profitability. You will oversee the smooth running of the lettings department, managing staff, ensuring KPIs are met, producing financial reports, and implementing efficient processes across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing lettings operations across multiple branches

Leading, motivating, and developing lettings staff

Reporting directly to the Director on performance and strategy

Delivering and monitoring KPIs to ensure targets are achieved

Overseeing compliance and maintaining high professional standards

Producing financial and operational reports for senior management

Driving growth and profitability across the lettings portfolio
