Location: Great Bridge, Sandwell

Salary: £27,000–£30,000+ (depending on experinece)

OTE: £40,000

We are working with a well-established and highly reviewed company looking for a skilled Lettings Valuer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident in valuations, negotiations, and building strong client relationships.

The Role:

Carry out accurate property valuations across the local area.

Manage your own portfolio of properties.

Provide excellent customer service to clients.

Work closely with the team to achieve targets and growth objectives.
