Job Description: Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Our client is a reputable mortgage brokerage company with offices located in Canary Wharf, Cambridge, and Colchester. They collaborate with a comprehensive range of UK mortgage providers, including both investment and private banks as well as high street names. Currently on a growth spurt, they are looking for only the best candidates to join their team in the Colchester and Cambridge locations. 

-You must be tenacious and hungry

 -Minimum of 2 years experience and no job hopping.

-CEMAP ( or equivalent )

Salary

Basic Salary: £30,000 (negotiable)

Car Allowance: £5,000

On Target Earnings (OTE): realistic £87,000 plus

20 days holiday, rising to 25 for each year served (in addition to bank holidays)

Flexible working hours- hybrid, 3 days at home 2 days in the office

Job Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance on mortgage and protection products.
• Assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions. 
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
