<p data-end="474" data-start="156">I'm working alongside a specialist Drylining contractor on an executive search for an experienced <strong>Project Quantity Surveyor</strong>. This well-established contractor operates across multiple sectors, including <strong>high-end residential, hospitals, data centres, MOD, and MOJ</strong>, with projects ranging from <strong>£800K to £16M</strong>.</p>
<p data-end="605" data-start="476">They collaborate with major <strong>Tier 1 Contractors</strong> and have secured a significant pipeline of work in <strong>London and Cambridge</strong>.</p>
<h3 data-end="653" data-start="607"><strong>The Role – Project Quantity Surveyor</strong></h3>
<p data-end="909" data-start="654">As a <strong>Project Quantity Surveyor</strong>, you will take full commercial responsibility for either <strong>one large project or two smaller projects</strong>. You will be supported by a <strong>Commercial Trainee</strong> while overseeing cost management, financial reporting, and CVRs.</p>

<li data-end="1572" data-start="1515">Based in <strong>London, Cambridge, or surrounding areas</strong>.</li>
