Key Responsibilities:

s our Property Inspection/Inventory Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our properties meet legal standards and are well-maintained.

Your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Visiting properties mainly around the Selly Oak area to conduct thorough inspections, ensuring full legal compliance.
• Identifying and reporting maintenance issues to protect our clients' properties and ensure tenant satisfaction .
• Compiling detailed reports that help our property management team stay on top of everything, from minor fixes to larger maintenance needs.

• Attention to Detail: Your keen eye for spotting even the smallest issues will ensure our properties remain in top condition.
• Organisational Excellence: With multiple inspections to complete, your ability to manage time and keep detailed records will be invaluable.
• Great Communication Skills: From interacting with landlords and tenants to producing clear, professional reports, you'll be our eyes and ears in the field.
• Technical Know-how: Comfortable with property management software and mobile apps? Perfect! You'll use these tools to make real-time updates and stay efficient.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Noticing an issue? You won’t just report it-you’ll help us find a solution.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License with access to a vehicle.
• Experience in property inspections or property management is preferred, but we offer full support and training to help you thrive in this role.
