Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary with OTE up to £48,000+
Car Allowance: £350 per month

Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out residential property valuations within Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.
• Provide accurate and professional property advice to clients.
• Manage property instructions, from valuation to listing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and potential buyers.
• Represent the company at property viewings and valuations.
• Meet and exceed sales and valuation targets.
• Maintain a strong presence in the local market and contribute to business growth.
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property valuation.
• Proven experience valuing properties in the Wolverhampton area.
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a passion for property.
• Knowledge of the local property market and trends.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
