Location: Site based / field based across Yorkshire
Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10:30am - 5:30pm

Our client is a national property developer with a focus on building new residential homes.

They take care to consider not only the families who will live in their homes, but the environment too - and make it their mission to delight their customers with the best experience possible.
They now have a position available as a multi-site based Sales Manager to join their team covering the Yorkshire Region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the day-to-day sales function on a site / development, the location will vary dependent on requirements
Being the primary contact for potential and existing customers
Responsibility for all sales orientated activity such as securing the sale of homes, whilst managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures, and targets.
About you:
You will be self-motivated, target driven and organised
Good IT proficiency
Have a passion for delivering first class customer service and have demonstratable experience of this
Flexibility as to working location is a key requisite of this site-based sales role.
