Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Solihull
Basic Salary: up to £32,000
OTE: £35,500
We’re working with a well-known, well-established Estate Agent in Solihull who are looking to bring on board a Sales Manager to lead their successful team. This is an opportunity to join a business with a great reputation in the area and a friendly, supportive team culture.
The Role:
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing, motivating, and managing the sales team, including both Sales Negotiators and Sales Progressors. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining the excellent standards this company is known for.
Day-to-day duties will include:
• Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve results
• Coaching and developing staff to reach their full potential
• Monitoring sales performance and implementing improvements where needed
• Supporting Sales Negotiators and Progressors with their caseloads
• Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at every stage
• Working closely with management to help grow and maintain the company’s strong market presence
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience in a management or senior sales role within estate agency
• A natural leader who can motivate and inspire others
• Strong knowledge of the sales process from valuation through to completion
• Confident, professional, and personable with both staff and clients
• Able to work under pressure and drive results
What’s on offer:
• Basic salary up to £32,000
• On Target Earnings of £35,500
• Monday to Friday working hours with weekend availability
