Working as a self-employed freelance basis, with uncapped earning potential. This is a hybrid remote / office based position from the head office in Crosby, Merseyside, and roles and responsibilities will include:

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients
• Responsible for own lead generation by prospecting for new business
• Generating and carrying out market appraisals
• Listing and marketing properties
• Generating and carrying out viewings
• Negotiating offers and seeing transactions through to completion

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with IT (MS Office, internet, email systems, CRM)
• A full UK driving license
