Key Responsibilities:


Manage, market, and sell high-end homes (£1.1M+)



Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations



Build strong client relationships with buyers and vendors



Deliver a premium, personal service throughout the sales journey



Ideal Candidate:


Sales or property background (luxury preferred)



Confident, professional, self-motivated



Strong local knowledge (Ware, Welwyn, Hertford)



Full driving licence and own car
