Position - Sales Negotiator

Location - Burton On Trent

Salary - £25,000 per year

​​​​​​​OTE - £30,000+

Join our clients dynamic Estate Agency Sales Department located in the heart of Burton on Trent as a Sales Negotiator, where you will deliver exceptional customer service and drive property sales. Previous experience in the Estate Agency industry is required.

Schedule:

Full-time

5 days per week (with occasional Saturdays and a weekday off)

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming inquiries and maintain our client database
Co-ordinate property viewings and provide detailed property information to potential buyers
Conduct negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers
Facilitate the sales progression process from offer acceptance to completion
Provide excellent client service, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process
Meet and greet clients with confidence and professionalism, multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the Estate Agency industry
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively
Proven track record in sales negotiation and achieving targets
Knowledge of property market trends and legal aspects of property sales
Willingness to work occasional weekends and flexible hours as needed
