Job Title: Sales Progressor
Location: Solihull
Basic Salary: £25,000- £30,000 (depending on experience)
On Target Earnings: £35,000
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm
About the Role:
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Progressor to join our client team. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline from offer accepted through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for buyers, sellers, solicitors, and lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and progress residential property sales from offer to completion
• Liaise daily with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other stakeholders
• Provide regular updates to all parties, ensuring a high level of communication throughout
• Identify and resolve potential issues to minimise fall-throughs
• Chase outstanding documents and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Work closely with negotiators and branch management to support sales targets
• Ensure compliance with estate agency regulations and internal processes
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the client experience
The Ideal Candidate:
• Strong understanding of the residential sales process, conveyancing, and chain management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload and work to deadlines
• Customer-focused and proactive in problem-solving
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft O
