We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Sales Progressor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the world of estate agency. Full training will be provided, and you'll be supported through gaining a recognised estate agency qualification — all while being paid. This is an office-based role in a very busy environment, dealing with high volumes of calls and emails. It’s ideal for anyone with strong customer-service experience, even if you haven’t worked in property before.

This role is more back-end than front-line – you won’t be out and about, but rather handling the vital coordination that keeps property sales progressing smoothly.

Responsibilities

Manage and progress a pipeline of property sales

Liaise with buyers, sellers, mortgage providers, and solicitors

Keep systems and CRM up to date

Handle phone and email communication throughout the process

Support with key release and related admin

Work to deadlines and monthly targets
