Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Location: Office-based (with estate agency coverage)

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (DOE) + Commission

OTE: £70,000+

Contract: Full-Time, Employed

A fantastic opportunity has opened for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a dynamic and growing brokerage, working in partnership with a leading estate agency. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales ability and a hunger to succeed - no prior mortgage experience is required, but full CeMAP qualification is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

•
Offer mortgage and protection advice tailored to client needs


•
Handle a range of lead types efficiently and confidently


•
Build relationships with estate agency teams to maximise opportunities


•
Maintain high levels of compliance and customer service


•
Work 1 Saturday in 4 and 2 evenings per week to suit client needs



Who We’re Looking For:

A strong sales background (mortgage experience not required)

Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
