Basic: from £22,000

OTE: £25,000 with the potential to earn up to £30,000 with guaranteed commission in place

A mutli-branch, highly reviewed Estate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in Sutton Coldfield. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the sales process by liaising with clients and buyers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about available properties.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Monday to Friday 9:00-5:30pm,
• Plus 1 Saturday 9:00-3:00 pm every other week and a day off in Lieu when doing this week
