Job Tittle: Valuation Appointment Setter

Location: Working from Home (Ideally located in the West Midlands)

Basic Salary: ​​​​​£25,000-£26,000 depending on experience

OTE: £30,000+

Hours: 35-40 per week. Flexible around you

Experience Required: A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator for an Estate Agent

A very well established, multi-branch estate agency is seeking a person for to contact leads and book in valuations for each estate agency branch that they have located in and around Birmingham. You can choose your own hours to suit you, working from home, the company is very flexible about you having your own work-life balance.

You are also free to work out of any branch should you wish.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Manage leads sent in to the business
Book in and arrange appointment for the Estate Agent's valuers to attend
Upsell additional servcie
Working to and achieving set targets
General Adminstration

Skills Required:

Experience working Sales Negotiator in traditional Estate Agent
KPI driven and motivated to exceed targets
Personable, friendly with ability to establish quick rapport with applicants
Articulate, confident and intelligent
Smart, well-presented and professional in appearance and manner
Excellent communication skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, driven and hungry
