Job Title: Valuer

Location: Harborne, Birmingham

Basic Salary: ​​​​​​​£26,000+ (depending on experience)

Realistic OTE: £36,000

Hours: 9am–5:30pm Mon–Fri

Plus: Half a day every 3rd Saturday, with a half-day in lieu that week

Experience Required: Around 1 year minimum in estate agency

Conducting accurate and confident market appraisals


•
Winning new business and strengthening the branch’s market presence


•
Building strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors


•
Providing expert advice on pricing, marketing strategy and market conditions


•
Preparing clear and professional valuation reports


•
Ensuring properties are launched to market promptly and effectively


•
Supporting the sales team with property knowledge and valuation insights


•
Working to and achieving valuation, instruction and revenue targets


•
General administrative duties linked to valuations and new instructions

Skills Required:

•
Experience within estate agency (valuation experience ideal but not essential)


•
KPI-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets


•
Personable, confident and able to build rapport quickly


•
Professional, well-presented and articulate


•
Strong negotiation and communication skills


•
Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded


•
Full, clean UK driving licence
