Here’s a random one: I have sailing qualifications but am too nervous to actually sail a boat. And my love for property? Well, that came from a slightly mad decision to buy a 17th-century chapel with my partner to renovate. It’s beautiful, but it came with its own graveyard, which freaks me out every time I walk by it. Maybe not my most thought-out decision!
