Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire
Salary: Up to £27,000 Basic | OTE £40,000–£45,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45 am – 6:00 pm | Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager while continuing to drive residential sales performance.
Winning new instructions and carrying out market appraisals
Negotiating offers through to successful completion
Building lasting relationships with vendors, buyers, and applicants
Generating new business and increasing market share
Supporting, mentoring, and motivating the sales team
Helping deliver branch targets while maintaining exceptional customer service
Working collaboratively across a successful seven-office network
About You
Previous experience within residential estate agency sales
Experience in carrying out valuations and winning instructions
Strong negotiation and closing skills
A proactive, ambitious, and commercially driven mindset
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
The confidence to support and inspire colleagues
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
