Job Title: Lettings Valuer
Basic Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 DOE
OTE: £40,000
Location: Walsall
Job Type: Fill time, Permanent

Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Valuer to join their busy Walsall team.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out valuations, winning new landlord instructions, generating new business and building strong relationships with landlords.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out rental valuations and market appraisals

• Winning new landlord instructions

• Generating new business and following up leads

• Building strong landlord relationships

• Negotiating fees and terms

• Meeting and exceeding targets

• Working closely with the lettings team

About You

• Previous lettings experience is essential

• Experience as a Lettings Valuer or strong Lettings Negotiator

• Proven ability to win new business

• Confident communicator and negotiator

• Target-driven and commercially minded

• Good knowledge of the local lettings market

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
