We are working with a leading independent estate agency in Northampton who are looking to add an experienced Property Manager to their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, highly regarded independent agent with a strong reputation for delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants.

The Role

As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and providing a first-class service to both landlords and tenants.

The role will cover the full property management lifecycle, from handling maintenance and arranging contractors through to carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords

Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants

Handle day-to-day property management enquiries and issues

Arrange and oversee repairs and maintenance

Liaise with contractors, landlords and tenants to resolve maintenance issues

Carry out property inspections and provide detailed reports

Monitor property condition and identify any required works

Deal with tenant queries and ensure issues are resolved promptly

Manage check-ins, check-outs and associated administration

Ensure properties meet relevant health, safety and legal requirements

Maintain accurate property records and documentation

Manage deposit-related matters where required

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Assist with general property management administration and compliance

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors.

Ideally, you will have previous experience within residential property management, although candidates with strong lettings or estate
