Assistant Branch Manager

Location: South East London
Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 4:30pm (with a day in lieu)

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence

Access to your own vehicle

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious property professional to join a successful and fast-paced estate agency business as an Assistant Branch Manager.

Working alongside the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in driving branch performance, supporting and developing team members, growing market share, and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their estate agency career within a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in leading, motivating, and developing the team.

Conduct market appraisals and win new property instructions.

Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to achieve branch targets.

Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion.

Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients.

Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction process.

Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.

Resolve customer queries and maintain exceptional service standards.

Ensure compliance with relevant property industry regulations and company procedures.

Contribute to local marketing initiatives and business development activities.

Build relationships that generate referrals across the wider business.

Keep up to date with local property market trends and values.

About You

You will have:

A minimum of 2 to 3 years' experience within estate agency.

Previous experience with valuations and winning instructions.

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

A proven track record of achieving targets.

Good organisational and time-management abilities.

Knowledge of the local property market.

Leadership experience or a desire to progress into a management role.

A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering excellent service.
